Yellow Heart is a bright neon yellow shade that will refresh and intensify your faded colour.
This shade can glow under blacklight, so Manic Panic recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9/ 10 blonde before use.

Directions:Wear protective gloves to avoid staining. Apply a generous amount to clean, damp hair. Leave on 5 – 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
