Returns Policy

The Black2Blonde brand is owned and operated by Pataki corp Pty Ltd ABN:19149342807 controlling the interests of the website Black2Blonde and Black2Blonde stores.


We will happily accept returns of unused and unopened products provided the original order confirmation is presented within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that a no refund, exchange or return policy applies to sale items, hair extensions, nail supplies, hairbrushes, false eyelashes or for change of mind.

Please ensure you contact us before returning any items to obtain a return authorisation.

For any returns, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning (Registered Post or Parcel with tracking ID). You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach Black2Blonde. It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or damaged.

For all click and collect orders:

As return policy above all items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after this time. If a refund is requested instead of collecting the order anytime after 2 weeks of purchase a $20 cancellation fee will apply.
